This site sets no advertising cookies. It measures its traffic with Google Analytics, but only if you accept: until you have chosen, nothing is requested from Google and no measurement cookie is set. You can withdraw your consent at any time; measurement then stops and its cookies are erased. We neither sell nor share any data with anyone. Your device also keeps the language you chose and your answer to the cookie window, so we do not ask you again: neither ever leaves your browser.

What you enter in the admission file: your contact details, the name and business of your house, your goals, your visual tastes and the websites you mention, what your site must contain and the plan you are interested in. No field is collected without your knowledge.
This information is used solely to consider your request, to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare your site. To help the director who reads it, a summary of your file is prepared by an artificial intelligence tool: it decides nothing, and the reply is always written by a director. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the file, together with the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. You will not be added to any newsletter without explicitly asking for it.
Three years from our last exchange if no collaboration begins. If we work together, the data attached to the file is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.
The information in your request stays within the house. It passes through our host o2switch, located in France, and our email service, both bound by confidentiality. The answers in your file are also sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude artificial intelligence tool, to prepare its summary: this processing takes place in the United States, under its data processing agreement, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models. No data is shared for commercial purposes. Audience measurement data, if you accept it, is entrusted to Google, as described in article seven.
Under the GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Write to contact@digitalairmedia.eu: we reply within thirty days at most. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, or the ICO in the United Kingdom.
If you accept it in the cookie window, this site uses Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Two cookies are then set, _ga and _ga_6NM041W7QR, for thirteen months at most, to learn which pages are viewed, for how long, from what type of device and from which approximate region. Without your consent, Google's script is not loaded and none of these cookies is set. Google's advertising features stay disabled, with no advertising profile and no matching across your devices. This data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis for this measurement is your consent. You can give or refuse it in the cookie window, and withdraw it at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page: measurement stops and any cookies already set are erased. Your choice is kept for six months on your device; after that, the cookie window is shown to you again. Detailed data is kept for fourteen months at most by Google Analytics.
