What had to be solved
Booking a meeting still costs three emails and two proposed slots that suit nobody. Kalenai removes that back and forth in three gestures: connect your calendars, set your rules, share your link, and the client picks their own time. The platform reads availability live across Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal, in both directions, sends confirmations and reminders by email or text, and attaches its video link to every appointment. Born in the workshop as Digital Calendar, it is the only piece in this gallery that is a product of the house.
The workshop's answer
Our stance: give time back its nobility. A violet night, Fraunces headings whose italics turn to gold, a dial whose hours turn behind the page: a scheduling tool takes on the bearing of a watchmaking house. Behind it, the assistant understands a request written in plain language, checks everyone's calendars, settles the conflicts and books the best slot. And the booking page takes on the colours, services and prices of the person being booked, right onto their own website through a widget, because a client who books should recognise the house they are booking with.
The colours, taken from the work
Each shade is the one the site actually displays, taken from its homepage, together with the typefaces that accompany it.

Fraunces
Headings, very large, with gilded italics in places: time treated as a noble material.
Geist
The interface, the slots and the settings, and its fixed-width cut for the hours and labels.
The site, unrolled like a scroll
Scroll the page: both captures unroll with it, like a makimono, one on a large screen, the other on a phone.

The detail of the work
Three gestures: connect your calendars, set your rules, share your link.
Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal synchronised in real time, in both directions.
Confirmations and reminders by email or text, a video link attached to every appointment.
A booking page in each host's colours, embeddable on their own site through a widget, hosted in France.
Appointments taken without a single prior exchange, grown into a brand of its own, and proof that the house also designs products, not only websites.View the work online↗
