Your personal assistant

Your website changes with one message

Yuko is the house assistant, available on WhatsApp and Telegram, day and night. You write to it as you would to someone at the studio: opening hours to change, a photo to add, a price to correct. Yuko understands the request, prepares the change and shows you the result before it goes anywhere. The studio reviews it, and your website is up to date. Included in The Rise and L'Envol.

How it works

From a message to your website

  1. You write

On WhatsApp or Telegram, from the account the studio has linked to your website. One sentence is enough, as you would write to someone at the house, and a photo can come with it. No need to know web jargon: say what you want to see change, and where.

  2. Yuko prepares

Yuko reads your website, finds the right place and prepares the change. If a detail is missing, a question comes back in the conversation rather than a guess. You then receive a preview of the page as it will look.

  3. The studio approves

No change goes live without being reviewed by the studio. We check that it does what you asked, that it respects your website's art direction and that it disturbs nothing elsewhere. That is what sets an assistant apart from a machine left to itself.

  4. Your website is up to date

The change is published and Yuko confirms it in the same conversation. Your website is backed up every night, so going back remains possible. You follow each request, from the first message to publication, in your client area.

Day and night

Awake at any hour

Ideas for a change rarely arrive during office hours: one evening after closing, on a Sunday, while rereading your page as you wait for a customer. Yuko answers at any hour, seven days a week, and your request no longer gets lost in an inbox. It is noted, prepared, and you know where it stands.

Publication, on the other hand, waits for the studio's review, and that is deliberate. You write when the idea comes to you; we check the change before your customers see it. The speed of an assistant, the care of a house.

What you can ask

The small changes that matter

A living website stays current through small touches, and those are the ones put off for lack of time. With Yuko, each one fits in a sentence. Here is the kind of message that is enough.

  • Our hours change for the summer, here are the new ones.
  • Add this photo of the new shop front at the top of the home page.
  • The lunch menu is now €18.
  • Announce that we are closed from 24 to 27 December.
  • Correct the phone number at the bottom of the page.
  • Replace the introduction text with this one.

Major projects, a redesign, a new section, a brand identity, are decided with the studio: let's talk them through together.

The safeguards

Fast, never careless

A linked account

Yuko only handles change requests from the WhatsApp or Telegram accounts the studio has linked to your house. A stranger writing to it cannot change anything on your website.

A human review

Every change is reviewed by the studio before it goes live. Nothing is published on the decision of a machine alone, and an unclear request comes back to you before going any further.

A backup every night

Your website is backed up every night. A change can be undone, and yesterday's version stays within reach: we move fast because we can always go back.

Questions

What to know about Yuko

The Rise and L'Envol. Yuko is part of the subscription at no extra cost: your change requests are not billed one by one. If your house is on The Opening, talk to the studio about it.

WhatsApp and Telegram. The studio links your account to your website when your service starts; from then on, Yuko recognises your messages and knows which website they concern.

Yuko answers straight away and prepares the change right after. Publication follows the studio's review, and Yuko lets you know as soon as it is done. You can also follow each request in your client area.

Tell Yuko in the conversation: the change is reworked before it goes live. Once live, it can also be undone, and the nightly backup keeps the previous version of your website.

They are used to prepare your changes and to follow your requests. We keep them for twelve months, then they are deleted. Yuko relies on artificial intelligence, and every change is reviewed by a person at the studio before it is published.
